Our one-on-one coaching focuses on the 3-M’s: Mindset, Metabolism and Movement. The first step is to address your mindset. What is your motivation to lose weight at this time in your life and how can we help you stay focused to reach your goals? Secondly, we help you reset your metabolism. This is a side effect of the Metabolic Burn Program as you train your body to be a fat burning machine. Lastly, we focus on movement. Movement or exercise is not necessary to lose weight and keep it off. However, most people gain a desire to exercise once they lose weight. Movement helps with the reshaping of your body, releases positive endorphins and helps to reduce stress.
